Tungsten barrels are always made of tungsten heavy alloy, 80~95%W with binders (Ni, Cu, Fe) of various composition. Meanwhile, we also supply barrels of tungsten lower than 80% by weight, and the binder would be copper only. However, such barrels would be finished with copper-looking rather than tungsten-looking.
Barrels are available in four basic shapes: a) straight b) center-weight c) torpedo – maximum width where barrel meets the point d) bomb – similar to the torpedo shape but maximum width slightly further back
The clock board (also sometimes known as the London or Trebles board) has become the standard target for the game of darts. It is divided into scoring segments for the number 1 to 20 by a wire that is often referred to as the “spider”. So you’re playing in league or a tournament and every time you throw your darts you are tightening your dart shafts as you walk back. Sound familiar? The simple solution is to use Rubber O-Rings. They work like a washer between the thread of the metal dart shaft and the dart barrel. When you thread metal into metal, it can’t “grip” itself. So when using a metal or alloy dart shaft, you will need to use Rubber O-Rings.
